Scripted windows

I have tried to change this since I started using IE 7. The only way I have found is this

1) Open IE7
2) Go to Tools
3) Internet Options
4) Security Tab
5) Click on Trusted Sites, and add the URL (disable the HTTPS ONLY check box)
6) Click OK

Only other way I know is to click temporarily allow scripted windows
